- no talking to anyone, including those you know.
- no eye contact at all times.
- maintain a "poker face".
- pretend to be deeply into any book or paper in hand.
- in bigger crowd, you are to be stagnant or freeze at your current position.
- pay extra (and i mean EXTRA) attention to the floor number change at all times.
